Free Respite/Permanent Care Offer

• ·  3 nights free respite care when booking a minimum of 2 weeks respite/permanent stay.

• ·  Anybody not staying a minimum of 14 nights is not eligible for the offer.

• ·  Available for Private Residents only.

• ·  The offer is subject to our terms and conditions and availability.

• ·  This offer is available until notice is given of its withdrawal.

  Price Match

• ·  We will price match any other care homes fees for private residents.

• ·  We will require the name of the care home the prospective resident was going to and we confirm the fee they charge, which we will match.

• ·  The price match will only apply until the yearly fee review occurs and thereafter the standard weekly fee will be charged.

• ·  4 weeks notice will be given for any yearly fee review of the standard weekly fee charged by the home.

• ·  The offer is subject to our terms and conditions and availability.

• ·  This offer is available until notice is given of its withdrawal.

  No Top Ups

• ·  We do not and will not charge any third party top ups for funded residents and will always accept the councils assessed fee.
